Dr. Paul A. Hylton

Pastor Paul is the senior pastor of Shiloh Christian Church. After receiving the call to the ministry, he pursued his Christian education. He is a graduate of East Texas Bible College in Tyler, TX and holds a Bachelor's of Theology degree from Vision Christian University, a Master's degree in Biblical Studies, and a Doctorate degree in Theological Studies from Biblical Life & Seminary. His passion for world missions led Pastor Paul to start the Jesus Christ Evangelistic Team Ministries, an international short-term missionary organization that specializes in leadership development and evangelism.
Dr. Patricia Carroll

Rev. Dr. Patricia Carroll, Dean of Student Affairs earned a Doctor of Theological Studies degree in 2016 upon the submission of her dissertation: "Actualization of the Great Commission by Videoconferencing Technology". Dr. Carroll has taught a broad range of courses from "New Testament Survey" to most recently, "Christian Apologetics".
Pastor Donna Hylton
Dean of Technology
Pastor Donna Hylton serves alongside her husband Paul assisting in the overall operations of the ministry as the Pastor of Administration and Counseling. Pastor Donna is also a professor at Middlesex Community College where she teaches Information Technology and Computer Applications courses.
Pastor William McKissick

Apostle McKissick founded New Jerusalem Christian Church in 1989. He is currently employed as Chaplain for the Department of Corrections, currently serving at MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution. He endeavors to reach the lost, the down-trodden and the hurting through outreach and discipleship.
Rev. Yvonne Gallaher

Pastor Yvonne Gallaher is the pastor of the Deliverance Haven Church in Middletown Connecticut and has earned a masters of theological studies degree in 2018. Pastor Yvonne not only was a student of MITT but is an instructor as well. She has taught a variety of subjects and is currently teaching the book of St. Mark. She can be heard and quoted saying "This is not a glorified Bible study but this is Bible college."
